A three ft depth would be about right though one thing about this pontoon is that it comes with a couple large MinKota trollers I think for that reason . If it gets too shallow for the outboard you tilt it and use the trollers. Not really sure about that, or they might have used them for some quiet cruising time. I do know this pontoon was used on the Wabash with the sand bars...

We were on a very cool shallow draft boat up in Alaska a few years
back. It was basically an overgrown Jon boat with a center console
and seating for about 12 people or so. Like all Jon boats it was
absolutely flat bottomed and the engine was a Yamaha outboard that had
a jet drive conversion on the lower unit. We were running in less
that a foot of water much of the time on the Chilkat River which is
very shallow with braided sandbars. We ran aground several times and
the young lady who was running the boat would just jump in with her
waders and push us off.
