Oldie but worth repeating.
Did you know that Don Rumsfeld was a boater? He has a 20 something
center console that he keeps in St Michaels, MD. We were docked next
to it for a week summer before last.
I hadn't heard the joke before and thought it was funny.
I remember when Rumsfeld was Sec of Defense under Ford
(and maybe I was a little less cynical) I thought he
had his act together. But then, when he served again as
SOD under GW Bush I realized what an arrogant, egotistical
jerk he was. Major power plays and battles with Powell.
But, I suppose if he has a boat he can't be all bad. :-)
