That's not a penny stock and it was up over 8% on Friday. You would
have to go long on USO. It will pay off if you can wait. Oil can't
stay at these levels forever.


That is the ETF, The stock (US Oil Sands) is trading around 7-8 cents.
I will do a little homework on it and see what it looks like.
