Easy recipe, good for kids
1 pint of ice cream
1.5 cups of self rising flour.
Soften the ice cream, mix in the flour, put in a small (8x4) loaf pan
and cook 40-45 minutes at 350 or until a tooth pick comes out clean
I did not have any self rising so I used 2 1/4 teaspoons of tired old
baking powder and I didn't get as much rise. It was still pretty good
I used Neapolitan ice cream so I got Choc/Van/Straw bread ;-)
