What medicare card? I have an advantage plan and my "card" is from
United Health Care. My SS# does not appear on that card anywhere. In
fact there is nothing in my wallet with my SS# on it.
How would you propose potential voters properly identify themselves?
Certified birth certificate and a record of your marriages/divorces if
you changed your name, just like you need for a driver's license since
they came out with "real ID" (post 9-11)
You should have got a Medicare card when you turned 65. I have both the
Medicare and the Unit d Healthcare card. And a drug card.
I have the card but it is filed away somewhere because nobody ever
asks to see it. It is with my IBM retiree card and other useless bits
of paper.
My SS card and my MD Voter Registration card, both paper cards and both
falling apart, are in my wallet. No one has asked to see either, ever.
I have been asked for the Medicare card at the hospital in Hawaii.
Medicare card is different. I have to show mine, along with military ID, every time I
go to a new doctor. Both are zeroxed and put in my file.

Your Medicare card is a SS card was the an extra letter at the end.
True. But the doctors don't want to zerox my SS card.
