My first one, on the Mille, went out around the 20,000 mile mark. On the 850T I was putting in a new
one almost every 25-30K. But I rode the **** out of that thing - every takeoff was a drag race! I've
settled down some now. Shoot, I'll even let kids in their soupy Hondas outrun me at stop lights!

John I developed that attitude some time ago after snapping the drive chains on my old Kawasaki 903. They like to bust the tranny casing and you can only JB Weld so much before you learn what causes that..
