A quote from the article states "California, for instance, has 11 counties with more registered voters than actual voters. Perhaps not surprisingly — it is deep-Blue State California, after all — 10 of those counties voted heavily for Hillary Clinton."

Though she had a majority vote (fraud per se?) Hillary still had her ass handed to her in the electoral college.
