... shooting in Annapolis, MD ?

This strict gun control laws are really paying off, aren?t they?

Tim, it's more like this country has gone totally crazy and out of
control. No clues yet what this guy's motive was but it won't
surprise me if he turns out to be a right wing nutcase.

Well, for what it is worth, the police have identified the guy from
photo recognition software. It was reported he did "something" to
obliterate his fingerprints. He's a white man, 39 years old, named
Jarrod Warren Ramos, according to multiple law enforcement sources, who
apparently lives in Laurel, Maryland.

Ramos has a connection to the paper. He filed a defamation claim in
2012
against the paper but the case was dismissed. He also has a minor
conviction for "harassment" some years ago.

Tim thinks Maryland has "strict" gun laws. That's kind of funny, since
Maryland doesn't have "strict" gun laws.

I hope this doesn't sound callous given the loss of life but I sorta
hope this shooting had nothing to do with the politics and frustration
that has gripped so many in this country. It has become out of hand.

My first thought was a Republican fed up and frustrated with the
friggin' biased 'news' that's
coming from the press and the media.

I'm fed up and frustrated. I'm really fed up with the 'news' CNN
distributes to the rest of the
world. Over there CNN is looked upon as the 'voice of America' and the
folks never see the truth.

But, I'm not at the shooting stage.

I'm really fed up with the f'ing Republicans in the House. Ryan should
take a vote - Do you want the
Democrats to run the government? Yes or No. Hell, I'll bet he couldn't
get agreement amongst those
assholes even then.

My sentiments exactly. In many ways Trump is no prize but he's getting
away with his unorthodox ways of doing things because the f*cking
Congress, both Republicans and Democrats haven't got the balls to do
the jobs they were elected to do.

Just what do you think the Dems, who control neither house of congress,
can do about Trump?

As for GOPers, I watched some of the hearing where Jim Jordan and Trey
Gowdy went nuts on their fellow republicans who run the FBI and the DoJ.
Jordan must be the worst piece of trash in the House, and there is
plenty of competition.

The dems should be concerned about helping to run the country, not
" do about trump". Trump isn't the problem, congress
is.
