I'd certainly recommend that they lock up the washrooms.
If two hillbillys like The John and Justine showed up at the same time it could overload the facilities.

If and when you ever get enough money and sense to buy the camper you want, you might find that 'the
facilities' are on board. Locked up washrooms would have no meaning.
