The wealthy continue to suck most of the money out of the economy.
Trump's tax cuts surely helped the wealthy, and enabled many
corporations to buy back their shares, but they didn't and aren't doing
anything for the average American. And Trump's on-again, off-again,
on-again tariff mess ain't gonna help.


So, the average American does not pay income tax?
