It is sort of like the defendants the Innocence Project frees even
after they were coerced into a guilty plea.
The Justice Department reviewed the case and determined the testimony
Flynn gave was not material to ANY investigation so it wasn't a crime.
This was the classic perjury trap.


Barr is Trump's boy and gives him a hall pass whenever he can.

That doesn't change the law.
