Holding a dump can lead to an impacted stool. Give the animal plenty of
water and let it go when it has to. You can control where, but not when. No
dog has a twelve or six hour bowel cycle.

Bologna...no more than when you house train a dog. Responsible owners make
sure the dog is allowed to do its' duty when it has to...when dog's are
pups, you train them to defecate only after they eat and you train them to
eat twice a day and not on a continuous basis.
