Nah, you've got it wrong.
The Kiwi is the symbol of New Zealand just like the American Eagle is
the symbol of the USA......


American Eagle - a bird that feeds on carrion and won't fight anything
its own size/weight.

Actually the moa would be a better symbol for NZ.

BTW are there any eagles left, or have you guys shot em all.


Nothing wrong with that, some crows around my place are living on
