It's not the school system. There has to be something there to teach.

In the 70's when I entered Jr high I was forced to be bused 2 hours
each way to the black side of town were the teachers could of cared
less if anyone learned. The schools were under staffed by stupid ****s
that got paid by how many student passed, not by what the students
learned. I can still remember looking out the window of the bus when
some punk negro jumped up and spit in my face. I never new him or had
seen him in my life. I jumped off the bus and started beating his head
into the side off the bus until about a dozen other negros decided to
help him. I still got the best of him and tore out enough afro to
stuff a pillow. I was suspended for a while. After that I had little
respect for or interest in our education system. Skipped school most
days but somehow I still passed. Lost interest at 16 ran away from
home and joined the Navy. When I was 22 I was the youngest USMM 1000
ton master in the USA running new boats worth over 3 million dollars.

Formal schooling is not a good indicater of intelligence. I work with
Phd's all the time that some IMO are dumb as dirt and some are indeed
brilliant. But perhaps they had a learning enviroment that was
pleasent and encouraging.

Today I own 3 companys. 2 of them deal daily with providing services
to America's fortune 500 companies.

So dont say it's wasent the schools systems that failed.
