Do you think he learned anything?

shoulda installed an anti-siphon valve in the exhaust?

Well I just came out of his engine room, Has water in the blower so
we pull the injectors looking for water on the clyinder heads and to
relieve any pressure. The engine is still froze up and would not
wrench around so we pulled the inspection plates and you can clearly
see the back 3 pistons gulped water.
Most likely bent a rod and seized a piston, not a bad fix if the crank
is not bent.

He had a faulty flapper valve on the stern exhaust and only a 1 foot
rise in the wet exhaust.

So he needs to replace a few pistons and liners and connecting rods
bearings ect.... if he did not bend the crank more than .0001 it
should be an easy fix.
It's a detroit after all.

He also need to build a better, taller rise on his exhaust and get
rid of that lubbery flapper valve on the stern.
