Check out Golem Press in Boulder, Colorado.
Of course the Theater of the Absurd can arise from the ashes. Doug is a good
man. The Navigator will gladly return if there's intellectual stimulation.
In fact, if he pokes his head in I'll post that sleeve dipole backstay
antenna design. No groundplane needed! Easy tuning! He can copy it and sell
perhaps dozens to his fellow islanders on the volcanic sheep station.
Bobsprit is a one man band. I heard he had a heart attack. Is it true? Are
his mental facilities compromised? I see Scotty got a sleek new cruiser! The
big question is - will Babs Johnson return?

Night of the living dead?
The Revenants?
The Google Golem?
Ranks of the Undead? (The Undead Ranks? The Undead is Rank?)
ANyway, assuming this is true, how do we reconstitute? The
Navigator is but a shade ("Nav") DougKing has succumbed to
diesel fumes. Bobsprit has become a progenitor. Is it indeed
possible to forge a new theatre of the absurd from the materials
to hand? Is it, indeed, worth it?? Especially as I'm vanishing
shortly for some weeks...

Why, then, that noble silence,--kept so long--
Broken to-day for the first time--why?

As it will be in the future, it was at the birth of Man- There are only
four things certain since Social Progress began:-
That the Dog returns to his Vomit and the Sow returns to her Mire,
And the burnt Fool's bandaged finger goes wobbling back to the Fire;
And that after this is accomplished, and the brave new world begins
When all men are paid for existing and no man must pay for his sins,
As surely as Water will wet us, as surely as Fire will burn,
The Gods of the Copybook Headings with terror and slaughter return!

Although the newsgroup's hanging on the ropes
Do not attempt revival with false hopes!

I've been exceptionally busy for almost the last two years, but for
you
dear
Katy, I'll return with all the monkeys too.
