Or you could go by the 9/11 Commission Report, which confirmed that
there wasn't any connection. Much as Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld would like
us to believe it, bin Laden and Saddam are not the same person and
there was no connection.

But there were "links". For example Usama was trying to kill Saddam and vice
vera. That's a "link". To some minds that means Saddam perp'd 9/11.
