Go on Ebay. However, I will point out that it appears that your "friend"
is completely outfitting a boat (radar, auto pilot, dinghy, etc) in just a
very short amount of time and they are planning on departing on a long
journey without having shaken down the system(s). Not a smart move in my
book. Actually, a recipe for disaster.
