I've been doing this for quite sometime with Outlook, and I love it!

One other good method for adding trolls and OT posters, is with that message
highlighted, go to "Message" on the top tool bar, then click "Block Sender".
Outlook will them prompt you to confirm your action, and as an added bonus,
remove ALL messages from that sender...never to be seen again.

I like Outlooks kill file because it permanently deletes the messages...I
absolutely NEVER see them.

The only downside (which is probably true with all kill files) are the
clowns who keep changing their names/emails. The Klass Klown Krause is one
of those idiots...I have about 6 entries for him, but its no big deal.
