My first question would be, why paint? Bertram used an extremely
hard, durable gel coat that can usually be buffed out many times back
to the original gloss unless you have deep scratches or are really
determined to change the color. My old Bertram 33 still had the
original gloss white gel coat after 21 years when I sold it. Here are

If you do paint, I'd recommend the glossiest, whitest paint that they
make, with contracting navy blue trim stripes. That would be close to
the original and it looks great.
