mathematics or logic. Rather, it was a comment on the behavior of his
favorite political thinkers.


It was a comment of *all* decision makers once the 'no decision' option is
removed from the alternatives.


Binary implies only two options, and that is rarely the case, especially in
politics, business, or personal relationships.
