Hey Krause:

Too bad. A lesser loss whould have been you taking a swim off the stern of
on the many boats in your "current fleet."

ATTACK MAY BE GREAT WHITE
A swimmer has been killed in a shark attack while snorkelling off the
coast of Western Australia.

A police spokesman said the 26-year-old deckhand on a tourist charter boat
had been attacked by a 20ft (6m) shark.

It happened as he was snorkelling with a group of tourists off Pelseart
Island, 310 miles north of Perth.

Witnesses said the man had been bitten in half by the shark. His body has
not been found. No one else was injured in the attack.

Police sent a helicopter and charter boats to the area to try to find the
shark.

It is the ninth fatal shark attack in Australian waters since 2000.

The type of shark involved in the latest attack is unknown, but if the
size of the animal has been estimated correctly, is probably a great
white.

Great whites, which are called white pointers in Australia, prefer the
cooler waters found off the states of Western and South Australia.
