I keep a pack of large disposable diapers for removing the oil filter.
They absorb virtually all the oil from the filter.

Perhaps I should also use them myself, because after every oil change
I discover that a drop of oil has somehow managed to magically fly
across the cabin and end up on the Ultrasuede cushions.
