I have a 3,800 footer for 2. That's because I am an empty nester though.
Bought the house new 15 years ago. Wasn't planning for the 2 kids to grow up
that soon. When I retire, I'll move to a smaller house with an outbuilding
for the woodshop that has taken over the basement.
But a 95' boat is really way out of the question. Who on earth would buy
such a thing?
Someone who couldn't afford a 100' boat?
