Robbie is a nice guy. He's invited me several times to go out sailing on his
nice new yachts - each one of them. He's provided lots of helpful
information also. If you want an informed opinion, go to him. He knows his
cameras, telescopes, boats, home theater, cars, cranes, boat lifts and the
like. If he was stupid or wrong most of the time, why battle with him -
where is the challenge? He is the best here at trolling and it requires
extreme discipline not to get sucked in. Going to see a movie? Ask Robbie,
his opinion is good stuff. He is also a pretty good amateur boxer and does
have nearly superhuman strength. He's also man enought to admit my martial
arts skill and superhuman strength exceeds his(by a wide margin) and he is
not jealous because he realizes he lives in girly New York City and I live
in the savage wilds of the west. It is difficult for some to disagree with
Robbie when it comes to politics. He is a man (deserving) of compassion and
pity.

Still, Capt Neal was the best this newsgroup ever had. His well thought out
opinions delivered without gilding made a bitter pill for many to swallow,
but it caused people to think. Capt Neal's presence here made this place the
epicenter of high philosophical discourse, second to none. What a legacy he
has! What a sailor he is!

Crantz and I converse off group on a regular basis. He's a great guy
and he'd never really say a serious negative thing about me. The only
people here who are "haters" are Sloco Loco, Jeff and Doug. Those 3
have serious issues and really take our group too much to heart. You
have to wonder what's missing...or what ISN'T missing from their lives
to be so wound up.
