Default OPEN WATER

Why go to the Colorado States Attorney? What do they know?
Go to the Colorado fish and game and ask how many permits are given for
unit 61.
Unit 61 covers the whole western half of the plateau and when you apply
the number of permits to square miles, you'll see how few hunters their are
per square mile. As for campsites, any hunter may camp anywhere he can find
a place to mark off the road thats level. I know of only one official
campground near where we were.
On second thought maybe it would be a good spot to dump a body. No one to
find it!

Sorry, but that area is managed for trophy hunting only meaning very
few
permits are given out each year. Ergo, few hunters compared to the rest
of
Colorado.

Gordon, what exactly do you call "a very few" I was told by the
Colorado States Attorney that thousands of people fly in from all over
the US to hunt on the Uncompahgre Plateau every year. There are
capsites every few hundred yards and the place covers hundreds of
square miles.
