How much (snow) did you get?

Yes...maybe the thunder scares the snow and it reacts by producing
larger flakes. We need more larger flakes in this newsgroup.
Many Washingtonians will be disappointed today is not Monday. If it
were, liberal leave would be in effect and no one would go in to work.
This is the first major snowstorm I've experienced in about 4 years.
It's kinda nice. The house is quiet with Mrs.E visiting in Norfolk.
Sam Adams is happily munching on a rawhide bone, and I am sitting here
wondering why I get up so early in the morning.

Sounds like you need a party at your place...
Two of my cats, the two that like snow, are signaling they want to go
out for a romp. That means I have to go out with them. The smarter cats
are hiding under the bed.
Harry,
Do you mean you cats go on a leash or they are trained to come on
command? I have never known a cat who can pass up an opportunity to do
some hunting while they were outside. Mine would always bring home a
mouse or lizard as a present.
