I'm not quite sure what congress can do to make boating safer except to

I'm not quite sure what this fellow's agenda is but it looks like banning
outboards, and conventional inboards might address the one specific issue
he raises. The jet manufacturers will probably be lining up to support

scam. Not doubt they'll give you lots of money to lend credibility to

phony suits. Maybe you can even hire some of the same MDs who claim to

asbestosis and silicosis even though such a combination of ailments is
about
