BTW: My sympathies to those in New England who have suffered some serious
damage for their rains. I heard things are starting to finally clear up

We had a wild afternoon/night yesterday. Thunder & lightning for hours
and very heavy rains. Today was beautiful & bright, althouth the winds
were a tad cool.
