fibreglass waterlogging

I am looking at obtaining an older fibreglass Crestliner boat, 20' long
with a Johnson 140 on it. It is out of the water on a trailer and where
the keel sits on the front roller it has damaged the fibreglass leaving
an indentation. I have looked at it and found water drops in that
location. There is no way this could be rain water.
Yes, it may be waterlogged and probably is by your description. Depending
on the degree it may be very expensive to fix and even dangerous to use. If
you are intent on buying it, hire a surveyor and have him tap the hull and
inspect it with a moisture meter. Personally, I'd pass on it.
