If you have them and also standard US sockets, keep them. If you
decide to sell the boat somewhere away from North America it will help
resale value.

Of course the big question is how are they powered? Where do you get
the 220v to power them?

If you don't have US sockets installed, don't think you can remove the
Euro sockets and put US sockets in their place. 220 volt appliances
use half the current of 110 volt appliances, so it's very likely the
wires are too thin for 110 volt use.
