Got myself a brand new boat this year, so for warranty peace of mind,
decided to have it "winterized" same time as the 20 hour inspection ...
that was in September. And now that I think back on those cold, rainy,
etc days in years past that I was out in the laneway doing the diy
winterizing thing late October, September is a good idea :-)

I have been thinking though, that a 2nd little boat with a kicker might
be nice to have for early spring and fall. Winterizing ... put the
motor in the basement and flip the boat upside down :-)
