Either little kim is actually as f%$ing wacko as he seems or he's trying
to drive up the aid package to buy out his nuke program. I think that's
what happened with Libya.

Another possibility is that this video was paid for by someone who wants
*us* to think a certain way. If this was the case, then hopefully, the
sponsor has covered its tracks well, or the result could be "blowback", as
the CIA calls it when they plant something in a newspaper and the house of
cards collapses.
