Default What is a useful tv-satellite dish on board?

We live on board our sloop and we're leaving for an unknown period
(grin).
We would like to have sat-tv on board for one or maybe two hours a
week watching.
We feel no real urge to buy this KVH Trackvision dish mushroom for
many thousands.
Anyone here with end-user experience with a system that manages to
keep a reasonable
connection at anchor but which is a bit cheaper?

I don't know what the trackvision dish is. We've got a regular
DirectTV dish/service and a follow-me antenna, and it works well at
anchor. We don't use it at the dock because the boat doesn't move
that much at dock. Usually we can aim it at a new dock by looking at
the other sat-dishes in the marina and seeing which way they are
pointing.

We move the tuners back and forth between the house and the boat - we
just leave the sat-dish in place at the house when we are gone.
