Good deal by standards in the North East. Some of the trendier areas
in the Cape Cod area are up to $3 and $4 per foot, with 35 and 40 foot
minimums. All supply and demand, short seasons, and charging what the
traffic will bear. We ended up paying $160 per night for my Bertram
33 in Nantucket two years ago. That was a record for us and not soon
to be repeated.
