@i12g2000prf.googlegroups.com:

Does anyone have any information on Glass Hawk boats manufactured in
Liverpool, NY. *Mine is a 14 or 15 foot model and I think it was made
in 1962. *I don't have any specific questions but would just be
interested in anything available.

I'm guessing it's a 1962 model as the serial number is 62-1059. *It's
not a Chriscraft but it has a nice shape and the size is small enough
to be towed by an average vehicle.

Wow, that's a tough one! *I was born and raised 40 miles from Liverpool and
never heard of Glass Hawk Boats. *Never saw one.

Even Google was completely stumped on this one! *There's not a single
document or reference to it! *It's not often Google is stumped.

Yes, I tried Google and came up with nothing. I'll try taking a
picture ASAP and post it.

I believe what you are looking for is Glasshawk boats which were MFG
clones made from molds purchased from MFG by a guy whose last name was
Glass. I remember purchasing some fabricated parts for an MFG I
restored from a broker who got them from a NOS supplier who bought out
the stock of Glasshawk parts. This was a LONG time ago.

If I see a picture, I can tell.

Anyhoo, Glasshawk didn't last long - I believe they sold out to Larson
in the late sixties/early seventies.

As always, memory may be extremely rusty.
