If my math is correct that's about 1.8333333333333 GPH. My guess is that
you didn't get that barge above hull speed much.

Maybe I need a diesel jet drive boat. Funny aside. Custom Weld had their
new deisel boat on display at the Seattle show. At least that is what the
big sign on the side of the boat said. $111k and you think the vinyl guy
would run diesel through a spell checker. Mine running wide open is about
20 gallons an hour. Since I average 2-2.5 mpg for a days running, I
definately burn more fuel than Harry.
