Default Chainplate sealant ?

brought forth on stone tablets:
Looking for a flexible, quite runny liquid, stick-to-anything sealant
for s/s chainplates that go down thru teak caprails then are bonded to
the inside of a glass hull. Would like a 2 part product if possible.
Would like to pour it down the opening around the s/s (which is 1/2" x
2"). The water comes out 3' aft of where it leaks in.

BoatLife polysulphide (Liquid) is pretty darn runny, it sticks to most
anything, and is flexible when cured.

Why is two-part important?
