Flonkers, besides being pussies, are lazy. They nearly always use the
same handle. Ego thing. Easy to just delete, whether you use a
filter or not. With a newsreader anyway. Don't know about google.
Once you filter the main assholes, and occasionally add new ones, they
simply disappear from view.
I read ASA, and disagree with salty about what killed that group.

Krause is the one who goes out of his way to get crossposters over here.
He'll continue to do so as long as he sees that it disrupts this newsgroup.
Most newsreaders, I'm sure, can filter on threads. And I think that would be
the most effective way to deal with this problem. As for Krause, the best
way to deal with him is to not engage him in any type of discussion, and
quoteing his droppings is about the worst thing you can do to the poor folks
here that have to see them. Bombing his email accounts would be a good way
to show our appreciation of his contributions. Any other suggestions as to
how to annoy the **** out of him without disrupting rec.boats would be most
welcome.

Harry has a short list of the people that annoy him the most. I am proud to
be on that list.
