The CG report makes a good point about the shock effect of going into
cold water. I got capsized into 35 degree water when I was a teenager
and it was like getting hit in the chest with a sledge hammer. It
took all the self control I could muster to hold onto the boat and
catch a breath - lucky to be here today.
