They have 2500 ships a year from which to pick. They have little to
lose by escalating. The ship crews, owners and those using their
services have plenty to lose.

Rec.boats gun toatin' swashbucklers should volunteer to jump on a ship
and fend these dang "pirates" off. Maybe this'll give some NRA

I wouldn't put it that way, white pirates should be included.

Say a cruise ship with high speed boats. Open season on pirates (any
color). Boats with machine gun mounts instead of trolling motors. No bag
limit. 7 days of shoot the pirate. All the bullets you need. If you bag
10, you get your cruise paid for! We have radar and satillite for a quick
find.

I'm afraid the enticement of bagging black folk may be the only way
to interest several of the rec.boater swashbucklers.
