Harry was such a gifted student that he only needed one lesson and the
instructor gave him his multi engine ticket on the spot. Now his father
flew airplanes all over the northeast without every having a formal
lesson, and was so good that he got a fireboat welcome in NYC for taking
the controls of a passenger aircraft and landing it safely after the
pilot had a heart attack.
