Right you are!
We have our own prime example in the Lt. Colonel.
He doesn't read manuals, asks what 2 stroke oil to put in his 4 stroke
engine etc, etc....and after all that, doesn't even use the darn boat.
There should be a law in place to protect these people from themselves.

And they all go buy Scarabs or Pickle Forks or some other blazing fast boat.
The idea of penis symbol comes to mind.
