Well, if you look at the raw numbers, that would be right. Something

45K people die every year in the US because of lack of healthcare.

Bull!

She's probably including those people who were aborted. Lots of them
died without healthcare.

If you use the 'jobs saved' type of reasoning, you could say that
anyone who died in a given year did so because of lack of healthcare.

If I'm not mistaken, 'bama saved almost two million jobs just today.
