There is NO relationship between cost and price. Ever. If the ignoramus' are
willing to pay $200.00 or $500.00 or $3,000.00 to watch the Oopsie Winfrey
show, that's what they'll sell for. If the margin between cost and price is
too small to make production worthwhile, production is move to an even lower
cost 3rd world ********.
