This is one of O'Bamas main goals.

Steal services from those that paid from them(medicare) and give to
those who never even thought about paying their own way (medicaid).

He certainly is a modern day Robin Hood. What with the support of Pelosi
(Maid Marion) and Reid (Friar Tuck) and Frank (the gay guy), these
proposals should breeze through Congress (Sherwood Forest).

This is a fairy tale coming true.
