manzi tried to make the argument that the growth rates over the last
30 years of european social democracies was lower than that of the US
because of 'liberalism'.

he got his ass handed to him BIG time. he had to concede that
european social democracies grew just as fast as the US AND they had
greater support for the poor and middle class
