*You* are a contributor to the problem. You have no medical
insurance,
so when you go to the hospital, we get stuck holding the bag for you.

Isn't that what socialized medical care is all about? I thought you
were an advocate of it.

You say socialized as though it's a dirty word. It isn't. It's about
helping our neighbors. It's about lowering our costs and improving
outcomes. It's about caring for someone besides ourselves. It's about a
civilized society... socialism-society. I wonder... could those
words be
related???

Socialism, in the context of this discussion, relates to an economic or
political theory, not a "be a good neighbor" program. But that's
not the
issue. I find it ironic that Harry has regularly preached the
virtues of a
socialized medical care system yet complains loudly about someone who
may
need to benefit by it.

You *still* don't get it. I wouldn't give a damn if someone as
incompetent as SnottyScotty openly benefited from a federal health
care program. My objection is to his hypocrisy about it.

Yeah, the people on TV after Obama was elected made me sick. "Obama's
going to pay my rent!", "Obama's going to buy be a new TV!" Disgusting.
