This is about Boat Food Techniques.
Safety is of prime concern to me, and I resent that insinuation.
But perhaps you are trying to "humorous."

Eggs used in a Fried Egg sandwich are always thoroughly cooked.
Otherwise it's invariably a soggy Fried Egg sandwich.
If you've paid attention, you'll have noticed that I've made it clear
that soggy sandwiches are a no-no.

As always take the usual food precautions as you see fit.
Since you're a boater, I'm confident you know them.
Mad Cow disease is more of a threat than eating a properly cooked egg
intended for a Fried Egg sandwich.
Since I would never endanger a boater, I've been careful in selecting
food for them.
For instance, the Reuben uses corned beef.
There has never been a documented case of Mad Cow disease transmitted
via corned beef.
You will never see me posting a Boat Food Techniques article that
includes steak tartare or other dangerous food.
There will be no puffer fish or barracuda either.
Relax. You're in good hands.

It is a bill almost certainly castrated by monied special interests
buying off both Democrats and Republicans, and further weakened by
concessions given to Republican Senators in order to gain their votes.
They have lied, of course.
I fully expect the Republicans in the Senate to block it.
Any passed legislation is considered an "Obama victory."
Public safety be damned. Not important.
So don't expect the U.S. Government to protect you from bad food.
Just use normal food precautions, and pay attention to what I post.
