The areas in which these pirates operate is enormous. Obviously, more
countries need to participate in patrol and interdiction.
No.... that would be playing into their hands. The best solution would
be narrow corridors which would be more easily defended.
Travel outside a secured corridor would be at the individual vessel's
peril....
